Initiatives in States
- A workshop on "Public Procurement" was organized in Department of Industry, Govt. of NCT of Delhi on 25th April, 2013 in Delhi.
- A workshop on "Competition Law & Public Procurement" for DANICS Probationers and Officers of Delhi Govt. organised by Deptt. Of Industry, Govt. of NCT Delhi on 02nd, May, 2013 at Delhi which was attended by by Adviser(Eco.), Dy.Director(Law) and Dy. Director (Advocacy).
- Shri Anurag Goel, Member, CCI, along with Shri P.K. Singh, Adviser (Law), CCI as a part of State Govt. advocacy, had a meeting with Chief Secretary, Kerala and other senior officer of State of Kerala on 16.07.2013 on competition related issues with focus on the areas where the State Government can work with CCI to promote competition and fair play in the market.
- Shri Anurag Goel, Member, CCI, along with Shri Rajinder Kumar, Dy. Director (Eco), CCI as a part of State Govt. advocacy, had a meeting with Chief Secretary, and other senior officer of State of U.P. on 26.07.2013 on competition related issues with focus on the areas where the State Government can work with CCI to promote competition and fair play in the market.
