Initiatives with Central Government
- A preliminary meeting of CCI Officers with policy makers of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways was organized on 09th April, 2013 wherein modalities were discussed to jointly undertake competition assessment of policies of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways.
- Preliminary meeting, as a part of Government Advocacy, with Officers of Department of Pharmaceuticals (GOI) on Competition Assessment of Govt. Policy by a Team of CCI Officers on 15th, May, 2013 at Delhi.
- Preliminary meeting, as a part of Government Advocacy, with Officers of Department of Higher Education, GOI on competition Assessment of Govt. Policy by a Team of CCI Officers on 21st, May, 2013 at Delhi.
- Preliminary meeting, as a part of Government Advocacy, with Officers of DRDO, Directorate of Materials Management, Ministry of Defence on Competition Assessment of Govt. Policy by a Team of CCI Officers on 04th, June, 2013 at Delhi
- Preliminary meeting, as a part of Government Advocacy, with Officers of Ministry of Health & Welfare, Govt. of India on Competition Assessment of Govt. Policy by a Team of CCI Officers on 27th, June, 2013 at Delhi.
- Preliminary meeting, as a part of Government Advocacy, with Officers of Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Govt. of India on overview of competition law by a Team of CCI Officers on 17th, July, 2013 at Delhi.
- Workshop was organised, on 18.07.2013, wherein senior CCI officers and senior officers of Financial Investigative Agencies participated to identify the areas of mutual cooperation.
- Preliminary meeting, as a part of Government Advocacy, with Officers of Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India on exploring and exploiting potential of competition for benefiting common man, consumer and firms by a Team of CCI Officers headed by Shri Anurag Goel, Member, CCI on 25th, July, 2013 at Delhi.
